Mr Billy is the company’s Director. He is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of design and construction and graduated in Interior Design from the Malaysian Institute of Art. Specialising in design and strategic planning in construction projects, he has completed many successful commercial and residential projects.
Mr Yap Kok Ken graduated with a Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing from Charles Stuart University Australia. In 2015, he obtained a Diploma in Estate Agency from the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia (BOVEA) and became a registered real estate agent.

Dr. Ir. Lim Jee Gin is the company’s Director. He graduated from University Putra Malaysia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and obtained his Master of Science by research (Important Criteria for Industrialised Building System from the Perspectives of Major Project Participants) from University Putra Malaysia in 2003.

Mr Billy is the company’s Director. He is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of design and construction and graduated in Interior Design from the Malaysian Institute of Art. Specialising in design and strategic planning in construction projects, he has completed many successful commercial and residential projects.
His past experience includes being the project designer of Itamal Design, where he played a key role in mapping out and constructing gorgeous interior works for prestigious projects such as Hotel Melia Kuala Lumpur. Subsequently, he joined Maple Interior, where he gained invaluable insight and further honed his craft. His ambition then led him to manage three
notable companies, which are Ideas IDC Sdn Bhd (previously known as Ideas Interior Design Consultants), Sunhaus Sdn Bhd and Sunthesis Sdn Bhd.
Mr Billy’s extensive experience and renowned expertise in the industry has allowed him to secure projects from esteemed developers such as Exsim Development Sdn Bhd, Binastra Land Sdn Bhd, Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd and Skyluxe Development Sdn Bhd, where he plays a key role in interior design consultant and contractor.

He began his career as a Marketing Manager with Panasonic Industrial Company Malaysia in (1999 – 2007), planning and overseeing the marketing strategies of the company. In 2008, he joined Metroworld Realty Sdn Bhd as a Senior Negotiator, where he gained invaluable skills and experience in properties listing and marketing. Subsequently, he worked with Full Homes Realty Sdn Bhd as the Branch Manager of Puchong Branch (2010 – 2014), and later promoted as the Group Director, holding the position from 2015 to 2017. In 2015, he joined Nestcon Development Sdn Bhd and currently working as the Marketing Manager. Two years later, in 2017, he embarked on a new business journey and founded Quinco Realty Sdn Bhd as one of its Principal until the present.
With over 20 years of experience in corporate management, real estate and property development, Mr Yap is always looking for new challenges and in pursuit of excellence. As an experienced real estate agent, he has garnered excellent sales achievement in the secondary market and built a strong portfolio and relationship with numerous clients. During his directorship with Full Homes Realty Sdn Bhd, his well-calculated practice of 4Rs (Regroup, Restructure, Revamp and Rebranding) has brought about numerous successful projects, leading the company to greater heights. His broad experience and know-how have led him to establish Quinco Realty Sdn Bhd in 2017.
Mr Yap has extensive experience and strong networking skills in property development. While running the property agency, he is also the Marketing Manager for Nestcon Development and responsible for spearheading and overseeing the marketing strategies of the company’s development projects. Above all, he firmly adheres to a working philosophy of optimising effectiveness and efficiency in every task he undertakes.
